Abby Gaunt

Abby Gaunt helps overworked, overwhelmed, and neurodivergent high achievers with ADHD achieve their goals, streamline their lives, and build more fulfilling futures.

Before becoming an ADHD coach, Abby spent nearly two decades in law and higher education, focusing on mentoring emerging leaders. Her legal career began with judicial clerkships in the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, followed by teaching legal writing at Tulane Law School and practicing litigation in New York and New Orleans. Transitioning to higher education in 2012, she served as Director of Student Conduct at Tulane University and Dean of Students at Tulane Law School, where she guided students through academic, personal, and professional challenges and was a strategic partner to university leadership in policy development and crisis management.

Team Coach

Why do you like working with high achievers who have ADHD?

"I love working with high achievers because they are creative, interesting, and fun. Having received a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis myself, I know how many negative messages high achievers have internalized about their ADHD and I love helping to push back against these messages."
