Productivity Powerhouse Work Group for Lawyers is a 6-week workgroup

created to help you get sh!t done in the midst of crisis and chaos.

 

Life as a lawyer looks very different today than it did just a few weeks ago. With phrases like "shelter-in-place," "social-distancing," and "self-isolation" being tossed around, it feels like the world has been thrown into chaos. And in a way, it has. But at the same time, you still have the bulk of responsibilities you've always had (and maybe more). In fact, it's more important than ever to log your hours, get your billing done, communicate clearly with your clients, attend to deadlines, and manage a constantly-changing schedule.

 

In a direct response to the current health crisis we are facing, I have created Productivity Powerhouse for Lawyers to help attorneys with ADHD stay on track and get things done. Especially with our new work-from-home reality, people are facing more distractions, less accountability, and significant changes in responsibility right now. This workgroup provides support, structure, routine, accountability, and connection to help get you through these trying times.

 

Productivity Powerhouse Work Group for Lawyers is a 6-week workgroup designed in three parts:

Weekly Coaching Workshop

Weekly group coaching workshops on Fridays will provide an opportunity to learn new skills focused on productivity, to participate or witness one or two 10-minute "hot seat" coaching sessions and observations, and to share your weekly goals and build accountability.

Virtual Co-Working Meetings

You will participate in 16 live group co-working meetings that take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the 6-week session. Let's get Sh!t done together!

Online Virtual Community

Stay in track with our private Facebook group designed specifically for members of Productivity Powerhouse to facilitate ongoing communication, connection, accountability, and support during the 6-week session. You will have daily morning and evening check-ins to keep you on track.

 

When you join Productivity Powerhouse Work Group for Lawyers, you get access to all three parts – Weekly Coaching Workshops, Virtual Co-Working Meetings, and the Online Virtual Community – for the entire 6 weeks.

 

Because Productivity Powerhouse Work Group for Lawyers is designed to help increase productivity, you must be able to commit to:

  • Joining live video meetings by Zoom for all 6 Coaching Workshops and 16 Co-Working Meetings

  • Participating in at least one hot seat coaching round

  • Facilitating at least one virtual co-working meeting (I will show you how.)

  • Engaging with other members in the private Facebook community

  • Sharing your daily goals and progress made every morning and evening by replying to daily check-ins

  • Being willing to get sh!t done!

Staying on video, we will have uninterrupted work time. You can pick a new task or project or continue with the same to-do for each meeting.

You will share a win from this week to highlight a positive achievement with the group.

Build Your Skills
Casey will present information, strategies, and tools on topics such as ADHD brain structure, brain optimization, decision-making skills, and externalization strategies 

30 min.

Hot Seat Coaching Sessions
You will take turns bringing your challenge to the attention of the group and do a 10-minute coaching session with Casey. Each participant will get 1 chance to do this during the 6 weeks. 
One person will be assigned to observe and share what they notice with the group.
