Stuck or overwhelmed at work?
Okay, let's start there.
Life coaching is an interactive partnership that will help you understand your ADHD and how it is getting in your way professionally. Coaching will focus your awareness and increase your effectiveness.

My role, as your coach, is to engage you in a process of inquiry and exploration; work alongside you in the creation of goals, strategies, and specific actions to take; provide you with ongoing support as an accountability partner; and, to augment your coaching with up-to-date knowledge about ADHD.
