Stuck or overwhelmed at work?

Okay, let's start there.

Life coaching is an interactive partnership that will help you understand your ADHD and how it is getting in your way professionally. Coaching will focus your awareness and increase your effectiveness.
We will work together on your specific issues, develop plans and supports, and follow up to keep you on track. My role, as your coach, is to engage you in a process of inquiry and exploration; work alongside you in the creation of goals, strategies, and specific actions to take; provide you with ongoing support as an accountability partner; and, to augment your coaching with up-to-date knowledge about ADHD.

What does an ADHD coach do?

  • Builds a professional relationship of exploration and inquiry without judging you.
  • Focuses on what you want to focus on without a preset agenda.
  • Helps you deal with your ADHD symptoms.
  • Listens attentively and provides a safe, supportive forum.
  • Collaborates with you to make tools, solutions, and strategies.
  • Asks open-ended questions – helping you make insights and get to the bottom line.
  • Communicates directly without being wishy-washy.
  • Allows you to shift, in mindset and action.
  • Collaborates with you to create a plan with measurable goals with target deadlines.
  • Manages your progress through following up.
