Casey Dixon

Casey Dixon is a Life Coach uniquely focused on high-demand-ridden professionals, highlighting lawyers and professors, who are super-smart and can easily get derailed by ADHD traits. Comfortable and familiar with the paradox of competence and accomplishment smacked up against dysregulation and stuckness, Casey listens intensely without judgment, adding a logical voice and sometimes a bit of humor. And, after ten years of coaching ADHD clients, she knows a lot about ADHD.

Casey is mixing it up and spreading things around a bit lately with the addition of MindfullyADD, ADHD Coaching Groups, and ramped up speaking and writing engagements. Follow Casey on Twitter and Facebook for a running stream of ADHD tips, research tidbits, and encouragement.
