Roxanne Turner, PMP, BCC

Roxanne Turner is an executive function coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in teaching, training and facilitating personal development. She is a Board Certified Life Coach who specializes in helping clients with the process of getting things done (Executive Function). Roxanne has extensive training in ADHD coaching and understands that ADHD is the discrepancy between ability and performance.

Roxanne understands that each client is different and works to identify their unique strengths and learning styles to help them realize their full potential. She partners with clients to develop specific systems to meet their needs, giving them the tools and resources to bridge the gap between talent and execution.

Before pursing her passion of helping people achieve success in their own lives, Roxanne spent 11 years in IT sales as an Account Executive and Director of Business Development where she gained real world corporate experience and an appreciation for what it takes to succeed in today's competitive business environment. Prior to that, Roxanne was an entrepreneur in the equestrian world where she coached and trained students of all ages horsemanship and riding levels while training horses, competing in several disciplines, and managing several farms. Her life and work experience give Roxanne an innovative approach to her coaching and help her understand how to work with clients' strengths to push past obstacles and realize their full potential.

At an early age, Roxanne realized the value of working outside the box. While everyone else was working so hard to fit in, Roxanne always focused on how she worked best and what were her strengths. With the help and guidance of her parents and teachers, she discovered she had a visual and kinesthetic processing style. Growing up in a world designed for traditional learners, she had to work harder than most at a young age to find her way. She didn’t know it at the time, but that experience helped Roxanne to develop the mindset and commitment of an elite athlete. As a coach, Roxanne uses the skills she built as an elite athlete to help high achievers with ADHD develop the tools and skills to harness in their ADHD and step into their full potential.

Roxanne is currently accepting new coaching clients for our 6-month One-to-One Coaching program and our 6-session Live Well ADHD One-to-One Coaching option.

Why do you like working with high achievers who have ADHD?

I love working with high achievers with ADHD, especially people in roles like Project Manager, Business Owner/Entrepreneur, and Consultants. It's my passion to help them embrace their unique perspectives and leverage their strengths so they can develop specific systems to increase their productivity. In my approach, I work to become your trusted advisor and sounding board. I also bring my corporate background in IT sales and program management to my coaching work, which enhances the coaching process.

Roxanne's Coaching Style

I bring a unique combination of humor-with-structure to my coaching work, much of which I draw from my earlier careers in both corporate and equestrian worlds.

In her coaching work, Roxanne helps clients to:

  • Learn to accept who they are and how they work best

  • Identify and define what the actual (not perceived) problem is

  • Catch the client doing things right

  • Help individuals get out of their head

  • Collaboratively develop action plans based on the individual and create confidence in their ability to complete those tasks. Learn how to focus on the wins and accomplishments to build a confident mindset.

  • Work together to develop the “how” to be present in all aspects of life: work, family, friends, self
