- Think you might have AD/HD? Take this quick 18 question checklist and find out whether you are unlikely, likely, or highly likely to have AD/HD. The ASRS was issued by the World Health Organization in 2003. The checklist takes about 5 minutes to complete and can provide information that is critical to supplement the diagnostic process.
