A Statement on Diversity

One reason that I love working with individuals with ADD and unique learning needs is that there is never a dull moment. Our human differences make the world richer and more exciting! I view diversity as a positive aspect of our lives and an essential aspect of education. I love the fact that diversity exists in the languages we speak, our ages and genders, the colors of our skin, the traditions we observe, the structures of our families, and the special needs we have. I acknowledge and explore differences of all kinds with enthusiasm and respect.
