I am dedicated to providing state-of-the-art services, employing creative and proven teaching methods, and collaborating with each individual client to get results.

My approach is unique because of my extensive experience working exclusively with clients of all ages with attention problems and learning difficulties, such as ADHD. I know what it takes to help clients make critical, positive changes in their lives.

It starts with empathy and focused listening. Added to that, I have a deep understanding of cognitive processes, an elaborate tool-kit of proven strategies, and a professional system of communication and accountability. And, I have an unquenchable determination to help each person discover the path to his or her ultimate self.

Specific, achievable goals each session with deadlines. Check homework at beginning of each session.

Unlimited phone, email, text check-ins in between sessions.

“Cheat Sheet” Development
Together we will develop an individualized reference sheet for you to take home that includes essential habits, strengths, and specific strategies that work for you. The Cheat Sheet helps clients keep taking positive steps on their own.

In addition to life coaching, I offer and am certified to administer the DISC Profile and the Time Mastery Profile, which both enhance the coaching process.

The DISC Profile

The DISC Profile is a nonjudgmental tool used for understanding behavioral types and personality styles. It helps people explore behavior across four primary dimensions:

Dominance
To the point, decisive and bottom line oriented. These people tend to be independent and results driven. They are strong-willed people who enjoy challenges, taking action, and immediate results.
Influence
Optimistic and outgoing. They tend to be highly social and out going. They prefer participating on teams, sharing thoughts, and entertaining and energizing others.
Steadiness
Empathetic & Cooperative. These people tend to be team players and are supportive and helpful to others. They prefer being behind the scene, working in consistent and predictable ways. They are often good listeners and avoid change and conflict.
Conscientiousness
Concerned, Cautious & Correct. These people are often focused on details and quality. They plan ahead, constantly check for accuracy, and want to know "how" and "why".
